Dear Homeward Bound,

Thank you so much for finding me a new family. I now have a mom and dad who spoil me and three kids to play with. My mom thinks I'm the prettiest Golden in the whole world! My dad wasn't too hot on the idea of a dog running around in the house, but we all know how a pretty girl can change a man's mind. Turns out he's crazy about me and even lets me sleep on the bed with him when mom's not there!

I've had three baths in three weeks. Dad even bought me some special conditioner so my beautiful, long, golden coat stays pretty and tangle free. I get brushed all the time thanks to two little girls who can't get enough of me. I even have a little boy who loves to play fetch with me. One day mom brought me with her to pick him up from school and I had 25 first graders all trying to pet me and scratch my ears. You shoulda seen my tail wagging!

Mom's transforming me into a calendar girl. She's making sure I get exercise and a good diet. I was a bit plump when I got here, but I've slimmed down a lot. I even have more energy now!

So you see, I'm very happy here. I have lots of toys, good food, a soft bed, and a lot of love. Thank You!!
