MATTIE

Dear Homeward Bound:

Just a note to tell you that we are all getting along nicely.  We dog-sat my brothers dog, Mickey a few weeks ago. He and Mattie got along
fine though I can't say they were buddies. They sniffed politely then just
laid around the house and yard separately. Didn't really bother each other
at all, so I guess that's ok.

Otherwise, we've all just settled in. Mattie is feeling pretty comfortable
with Dave while I'm at work. (They're almost buddies now). But when I come
home from work, Mattie spins around and jumps and runs to get her ball or a
toy for me. It's priceless! In fact, when I hug & kiss Dave when I get
back from work, Mattie tries to squeeze in between, wagging all the time.

We go for at least one walk a day, sometimes two. She's great on a leash and has made me lose 4 lbs since we've had her. It's Win-Win-Win all over the place!
